Details and Schedule The workshop will be held in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) building, room 1200 and registration will start at 8:30am. It will provide an introduction to MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) and other technologies used for lab-on-a-chip devices and systems. The workshop will include both classroom lectures and hands-on laboratory activities.
