Timothy Brock is the Senior Research Supervisor - LNF Operations.  He began as a research associate with the Solid State Electronics Laboratory in October 1989, when he worked with electron beam lithography and process integration related to sub-micron circuit and device fabrication.  Previous to that he worked in research at the Center for Compound Semiconductor Microelectronics Center, University of Illinois at Urbana.  He has been involved with several publications involving electron beam lithography and related applications.  Most recently as Senior Research Supervisor-LNF Operations he has been involved with the EECS nanofabrication laboratory, now called the Robert H. Lurie Nanofabrication Facility, a stellar research lab drawing students, educators, researchers, and businesses to utilize its extensive state of the art laboratory facilities.
