For Repeat Users
Rates for Using the MNF
- Academic users are charged a flat monthly rate.
- Non-academic users are charged hourly for usage of the lab, including unattended processes (furnaces etc).
- Please see the appropriate MNF access form for more details about our user fees.
Training Procedures
- New users who are not from the University of Michigan (or new research groups at U-M) are assigned a staff member who will mentor them and train them on the equipment needed.
- Training sessions are also provided by staff members for existing users whose equipment needs have changed.
